LAS VEGAS NEVADA STAKE: (Oct. 23, 2011) President Shawn Gilbert Gutierrez, 39, self-employed, succeeding Gary K. Webb; wife, Melinda Marion Gutierrez. Counselors — Bradley Sproul Hafen, 48, self-employed; wife, Mya Kay Hinton Hafen. Gary Layne Fales, 39, attorney; wife, Christine Laura Larson Fales.

The Neighbor was unable to find information online about President Gutierrez or President Hafen. However, President Gary Fales runs his own law practice. From the Law Office of Gary Fales:

After graduating from law school in 2001, Gary joined KPMG’s New York City Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Practice, where he performed M&A tax due diligence, conducted extensive tax research on complex transactions and wrote technical tax memos and opinion letters, including cross-border transactions. In the spring of 2002, Gary moved back to his home town of Las Vegas where he began helping families and small businesses plan for incapacity, death and lawsuits. He is a top Nevada lawyer now.

Attorney Fales holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and a law degree also from Brigham Young where he was a member of the Law Review Board. He is a member of the bar in Connecticut, Idaho, Nevada and New York, a member of the United States Tax Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and Idaho. Gary is a member of WealthCounsel, a national organization of trusts and estates attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals who engage in sophisticated planning techniques.

A frequently requested lecturer for financial planners, CPAs and other attorneys on a variety of topics including family wealth planning, wealth preservation, and asset protection, Gary enjoys educating his community. Gary has chosen to concentrate on the Trusts and Estates area because he is passionate about helping families achieve harmony and security for their future.

Gary and his adorable wife, Christine, have six children: Sariah, Nathan, Melissa, Jacob, Rachel and Katie.
